Imagine
... Wherever
your daydreams take you ... living in a
small mountain town ... riding your horse on
your very own ranch ... hiking the Sangre de Cristos ...
owning a rustic log cabin ... splashing in an Alpine
Mountain Stream ... I can make your dreams come true!
There is just one thing that stands between you and your
daydreams - finding an expert who's been through it all
and can now help you through the process - shepherd you
past the pitfalls - and show you the shortcuts.
Hello. I'm Brenda Bosse, your "Woman on
the Ground" in Westcliffe, Colorado.
Let my practical, first-hand experience and current,
up-to-date knowledge of Homes, Cabins, Ranches and
Vacant Land in Colorado's Wet Mountain Valley guide you
through the challenge of finding the property of your

inexpensive region of the Southern Colorado Rockies.
Along the way you'll find answers about land-hunting,
financing, jobs, businesses, schools, community and churches, so you can realize your dream and enjoy the
scenic beauty, tranquility and friendly folks of our little piece of heaven on earth.
I hope, that you'll find what
you need to get started with your search in these pages,
and when the

in Westcliffe, I'm looking forward
to serving you!
Sincerely
Brenda Bosse

Question:
You've been inspired to visit the Wet Mountain Valley after friends
told you about their awe of gazing at the
"shining" Sangre de Cristos for the first time.
Perhaps you drove up admiring the Beaver occupied creek and the
Blue Spruce and Aspen covered steep granite
walls of Hardscrabble Canon.
You passed Lovers Leap and then, while coming around a curve in the
winding road, suddenly the green, cool vistas of
the Wet Mountain Valley opened before your eyes!
Entering Silver Cliff on Main Street, you abruptly found
yourself in Westcliffe. (The two towns date back
to the Colorado Silver Mining area. By longtime
tradition, they retain their separate names).
Perhaps you explored the quaint side streets, looking for the
landmarks described
here.
What is
the one thing you did not find in Westcliffe?
Answer:
No matter where you go, how much you
explore, you'll discover that Westcliffe does
not have a TRAFFIC LIGHT! |
